MODERNMOON 'Night Train' CD

Modernmoon - two girls playing electronic music. Maria sings forgotten hymns left behind by robots from another dimension, Michalina supports her with melody-making machines, while decoding ancient music of the spheres, forbidden for homo sapiens. Songs about love, death, petrol, jellyfish, giant mecha, nightmares that would haunt you in a cheap, roadside motel. In the lyrics and the visuals, you can feel heavy sci-fi/cyberpunk inspirations. The sound you get sticks somewhere between the synths of the eighties and dark, dreamy electronica. Strong vocals, rich sound material and haunted poetry from the future that never happened. The band was formed in 2013. Four years later, the debut album "Night Train" was released - recorded and mixes at the Hagal Studio, with the help of Jacek Sokołowski and Gosia Florczak from the Rigor Mortiss. In April 2017, Modernmoon released a music video "Wreck of Antoinette". The girls performed for bands such as Clan from Xymox, Psyche, Elsiane, Das Moon, Psychoformalina and Augen X.
