Despite the title, this publication is officially the fourth regular album of THAT'S HOW I FIGHT. After all, "Movement Three - Continuum", although recorded at the same time as the material from the "Movement Three" vinyl, is a separate release. It differs from its predecessor in many respects, mainly in terms of sound and composition. We are still dealing here with a rich palette of sounds, melodies and improvised phrases, appearing at various stages without a clear beginning and end, but unlike the previous material, this one is characterized by a greater range, thanks to which the minimalism associated with "Movement Three" gives way to denser structures of the composition.

This, in turn, comes into greater dynamics of the music contained on "...Continuum". This clear difference somehow imposed the idea of creating two separate entities selected by the musicians during the recordings. As if subconsciously and intuitively, the artists naturally systematized individual fragments so that they were created into two independently larger chapters. They can successfully function separately, and at the same time they complement each other perfectly, so that the recipient has the impression that they are dealing with a fully a complete form of musical expression. Undoubtedly, the common denominator is the time, place and circumstances in which both parts were written, emerging from many hours of improvisation, providing impressions and stimuli of an even greater scale and emotional intensity. The album is available on CD and digitally.
