Nowa Ziemia is a young project hailing from Gdynia. The man behind it is Artur Krychowiak, known from the band God's Own Prototype. He has already released two albums: a digital release "Trajektorie" (2014, Eg0cide Productions) and a CDR "Sceneria" (2015, Music is the Weapon). Nowa Ziemia 2 is a collaborative project the convention of which is based on two duets with Dawid Adrjanczyk (Akpatok) and Michał Banasik (Tranquilizer). The two recorded tracks are the result of ambient, experimental and improvised. The musicians with their unconventional approach make use of avant-garde techniques in search of new guitar sounds. On the one hand, you can hear drone music in many forms and, on the other, acoustic elements giving an almost ethnic flavor. This album is a unique musical journey into unexplored territories. The album is released in a 3-panel ecopak in a strictly limited edition of 250 copies. The cover is based on the photos and designed by Artur Krychowiak.
