Info od wydawcy: This program is an effect of creative collaboration of two accomplished electroacoustic music composers from Poland, both with long list of critically acclaimed solo works. A sonic north – south axis, as they reside in two different and distant parts of the country. As a duo they are focused on live, improvised music, based on spontaneous feedback, creative synthetic conversation. No overdubs, fixed playback – just a free stream of audio events, throbbing textures, polyrhythmic sequences, deep drones, sharp edged high tones and kicking basses. It's also worthy of mention, that they are extensively using custom built equipment, including modular synths. Binary Horizons is a debut release of Gawlas & Mazurowski duo.
